Designing Iconic Moments: DHL's Fun and Memorable Deliveryman Designs

At DWHQ, we were thrilled to be part of the DHL campaign aimed at raising brand awareness through their iconic yellow and red deliveryman uniform. Our team designed a series of icons featuring the deliveryman in various occasions, including Christmas, F1 racing, the Great Singapore Sale, and the third-year anniversary of their track rewards program. Our challenge was to capture the fun and memorable moments of these occasions while keeping the brand's strict guidelines in mind.

 

Our design approach focused on portraying the deliveryman as a positive and trustworthy figure who delivers happiness and joy with every parcel. We carefully crafted the deliveryman's posture and expression to convey a happy and cheerful walk, emphasising DHL's commitment to providing excellent service.

Despite the varying design of the icons, we ensured consistency in representing the brand and its values. By incorporating the yellow and red uniforms and adhering to the brand guidelines, we created a memorable and fun campaign that effectively promoted DHL's brand message.
