EPSON Southeast Asia sought to elevate their annual sustainability report, ensuring it effectively communicated their environmental commitments to a broader audience. To achieve this, we partnered with GGC, a leading sustainability consulting firm, to create a report that was not only informative but also visually compelling and accessible to all stakeholders.

Collaboration with Experts:
We collaborated closely with GGC, who provided a specialized white paper on sustainability. This in-depth report was the foundation upon which we built our design strategy. We worked hand-in-hand with EPSON’s Sustainability Key Leaders to ensure the content was both accurate and aligned with the company’s goals.
Simplifying Complex Information:
The white paper contained technical details and industry-specific terminology. Our team translated this into layman-friendly language, making the content accessible to a wider audience without losing the depth and importance of the information.
Designing for Impact:
We transformed the report into a visually engaging digital document, featuring strong design elements, impactful infographics, and high-quality images. The design highlighted EPSON’s sustainability commitments and product features, making the report not just a document, but a powerful communication tool.
Interactive PDF:
To further enhance user engagement, we developed an interactive PDF version of the report. With rollover buttons and clickable elements, we made the reading experience more dynamic and light-hearted, encouraging stakeholders to explore the report in a more interactive way.
